Minimum tuition for all work-study students is $100 per week plus the $25 registration fee. Please remember that room and board are not covered by financial aid.
Work-study awards are organized in three tiers corresponding roughly to the amount of work expected from you and the amount of tuition assistance you receive. We cannot tell the exact number of hours or work required of each tier, but can describe them in relative terms. Please check the work load amount that best fits your financial and study needs:
light: Some daily responsibilities as well as helping out at big festival events such as the BBQ, end-of-festival party, registration and checkout.
medium: Consistent daily responsibilities as well as helping at big festival events and occasional last-minute jobs that come up as the week progresses.
heavy: All of the above and more. These are the folks we depend on to keep the festival running smoothly by being available in a pinch to do just about anything.
