Get a Move On! with Jen Meller *8:30-8:50 a.m. before first period

Ease into the morning with this gentle daily movement warmup class. A variety of soft stretches and coordination exercises to strengthen the mind-body connection and set you up for a day of easeful movement. Open to all!
